International shipping rates vary by country and weight of the package shipped. International shipping costs will be added as we process each order (if paid by credit card). If paying with Paypal, we will send you a separate invoice for airmail costs once we weigh your shipment. We are not responsible for any duty, tax, VAT, customs or any other charges imposed by International delivery companies or governments. We declare at full selling price on customs forms, no exceptions. All shipments include a tracking number that will be emailed to you when we ship, and you can check online. We are not responsible for transit time or delays. USPS airmail is about 14-21 days for delivery to most countries, but may take longer. If you can not be patient and wait for your delivery, please do not buy. Packages 3 pounds 15oz and under ship USPS 1st Class International airmail, packages 4 pounds and over ship USPS Priority Mail International.

Orders for in stock items are generally shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of the order. Normal delivery time in the USA is 1-10 days depending on buyers location. BACKORDERS / PREORDERS:
BACKORDERED (Out of stock) items ship as soon as the product is available. No additional shipping charges are required for backordered items
PRE ORDERS (future releases) are NOT charged to your credit card until the product arrives (credit card orders)

PLEASE NOTE - If you checkout using PAYPAL, you will be pre paying for each pre order item. Pre orders paid with Paypal containing multiple pre order items will ship once all items are in stock.
If you would like each item to ship as it arrives from the manufacturer, please check out using a credit card. Pre orders paid with a credit card are charged when the item is available, and will have the associated shipping cost added for each shipment.

Insurance:
Insurance coverage is an option on all shipments. All packages shipped with Fedex have automatic insurance coverage up to $100.00. International buyers may request insurance coverage at an additional cost.
All packages shipped to a US address with UPS, Fedex or the US Postal System are shipped with a tracking number.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day, no hassle return policy. However the following conditions must be met:
1) Any return MUST first be authorized, and receive a Return Authorization number. Please contact us for your RA # BEFORE you send any item back to us.
2) All items may be returned for any reason EXCEPT special order items.
3) All items MUST be in new, salable condition with all original parts and packaging.
4) You MUST include a copy of your original invoice or a note with your complete name and address and your RA #.
5) ALL returns MUST be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and all returns MUST be received by us within 14 days of RA # issue.
6) All returns must be packaged securely, and sent at the BUYER’s expense to us at:

DAMAGED ITEMS
Any damaged item MUST be reported to us within 10 days of receipt.
If the item appears to have been damaged during shipment, please keep all original packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier.
All defects are considered manufacturers defects and must be returned pre paid by the carrier of your choice. Replacement item(s) will be sent at no additional shipping cost

Do you offer custom cars or custom decals?
Sorry no, not at this time. We do have many different blank cars and blank decal film available if you wanted to make your own custom cruiser.
What are the sizes of the various cars you offer?
Here are the basics-
1/18th scale cars are about 12 inches long
1/24-25th scale cars are about 8 inches long
1/43 scale cars are about 5-6 inches long
1/32 scale cars are about 5 inches long
1/64 cars are Hot wheels / Matchbox size, about 2.5 inches long
1/87th scale cars are about 2 inches long.

Do the cars have working lights or sirens?
Several do, and that is noted in the item description. We also have lighting parts available if you wanted to install them on your model, we suggest lighting kits for use with 1/24-25th scale or larger cars.
Do you have a walk in retail store?
Sorry not at this time, we are a mail order website only and are not set up for walk in customers or order pick-ups.
How do decals work? Are they like stickers?
Decals are waterslide, they have a glue on the back of the image, and a backing paper behind that, which is usually light blue or white.
Cut the decal image you will use as close to the edges of the artwork as possible. Dip the decal in water for 10-30 seconds, remove and set on a paper towel right side up. When the decal image will slide freely on the backing paper, move the decal over where it will be applied on the model, slide the decal on to the model while sliding the backing paper away.
If you are not happy with the placement, apply a few drops of water on top of the decal and move it to the correct position. Once you are completely satisfied with the position, dab away excess water with the corner of a paper towel and let the decal dry completely.
Decal setting solutions are available. They help the decals snug down onto the model, and help the decal conform to irregular surfaces such as panel lines, rivets and complex curves. If you use a decal setting solution, apply it and then do not touch the decal until completely dry, even if it appears that the setting solution is distorting or deforming the decal. If you apply a decal over opening parts, a car door for example, lay the decal down and once dry, cut the door line with a sharp Xacto blade. Decal setting solutions will help the cut edges conform to the door ends.
You can also clear coat the model or just the areas where decals have been applied, to help prevent the decals from chipping or flaking off, especially if the model will be handled.
Here are some helpful hints:
*Decals stick to glossy paint surfaces best.
*Use tweezers to carefully move the decals into and out of the water, and to where the decal will be placed on the model
*Decals are extremely thin and can be fragile, use care.
